He is an Electrical Engineer, with an innate passion for Software programming since the age of 14, loves radical challenges, has worked for several big Corporation in many different fields with a striking success in the design and deployment of Submarine Optical Networks.
It’s because of his background and wilderness that he came out, one day, with the design of the PRO Module that saved his beloved 95 Buick LeSabre once and for all. That same module, is now helping tens of thousands of car owners in the US alone, without counting the ever increasing international customers.
He lives in the cold Canada with his family. Father of 2 dear girls and husband of a wonderful wife.
Luke founded NEWROCKIES Inc in 2008 with the exclusive focus on designing, developing and supporting the PRO Module in order to help families revive ther cars without succumbing to the impossible prices of car dealerships. NEWROCKIES gave away plenty of PRO modules for charity purpose and continuously helps less fortunate people in North America and in the rest of the world donating part of the sales and running charity campaignes on its website.
Justin is our “360 degrees” Business Manager at NEWROCKIES Inc.
He works together with our Certified Installers to provide an exciting experience for them and their customers. He is the voice at the other end of a phone for any Business inquiry that is worth discussing and any business deal that is worth striking.
He is the driving force for all our marketing and advertising efforts, spanning from real life to internet marketing and social marketing ventures on Facebook and Google+ providing timely and targeted information to whoever has interest in our Business.
Justin lives in Rockford, Illinois with his wife, son, and daughter. In May 2012 he accepted the role of Business Manager in NEWROCKIES Inc. Before that, he has worked all sorts of jobs. His amazing all-around experience, together with his natural business and marketing skills, make Justin an invaluable part of our Company.
You can trust him when he tells you: “I’ve been in your situation before.” As a three time customer of NEWROCKIES inc. he fully understands the situation our customers are in and the frustration of having to suddenly miss work just because your car refuses to start and there is no clear answer to the problem.
As a full time employee and family man, he still find time to have hobbies. Lately he has been messing around with Radio Controlled Trucks and has always had a lifelong fascination with car stereos and upgrading everything possible. Louder and Bigger is better in his book. He enjoys ALL major sports and is a Chicago sports fan through and through.
Jack was born and raised in the world of cars, and from early on he’s been passionate about anything with an engine.
When the computer world was expanding into the car world, Jack was the tech guy who wanted to know everything there was to know about car electronics and, mostly because of this, the business in the family’s Service Center grew very fast.
In 1989 Jack took the ASE tests and became a master tech. – With ongoing training and the drive to learn, today he can fix any and all electronics in a car, as well as the related computer applications.
In 2010 Jack was offered a Technical Support Manager role by NEWROCKIES Inc and gladly accepted. His presence in our Company contributed to this day to great improvements considerably increasing both Customer’s satisfaction and applicability of our PRO Module.
Proud of what he does, he really enjoys helping people get their vehicles up and running and save a ton of money!
Marilyn was born and raised in a family automotive service business and has always been passionate about the business.
After taking several jobs in the customer service and management in different parts of the country and becoming proud wife of Jack Gordon and mother of a wonderful son, she finally returned to work in the family’s service center.
Marilyn and Jack’s son graduated in mechanical engineering and, like his parents, he’s very driven and has managed to excel very quickly.
He’s now lead engineer at an All-American manufacturing facility.
In 2010, Marilyn was offered a Sales Manager position in NEWROCKIES Inc which she accepted.
Marilyn now runs the sales department for NEWROCKIES Inc, making sure our customers receive the wonderful experience they deserve for buying a top quality product.
