Luke is the mind behind NEWROCKIES and the creator of the PRO Bypass Module. An Electrical Engineer with a passion for software programming since age 14, he has worked on cutting-edge technologies, including Submarine Optical Networks. But his greatest innovation came from a personal challenge—when his beloved ‘95 Buick LeSabre refused to start, he refused to give up. Instead, he designed the PRO Module, a solution that now helps tens of thousands of car owners worldwide.

In 2008, Luke founded NEWROCKIES with one goal: help families get their cars back on the road without paying outrageous dealership costs. His commitment goes beyond business—NEWROCKIES has donated countless PRO Modules to those in need and regularly contributes to charity efforts across North America.

Living in Alberta, Canada, Luke is a devoted husband and father of two wonderful girls. He believes in never giving up, both in engineering and in life. Passionate about helping others overcome challenges, he hopes to show people that no matter what they’ve been through, they can always build something great out of their lives.

Jack has been surrounded by cars and engines since childhood, growing up in his family’s Service Center. When automotive technology evolved, he became the go-to expert on car electronics, helping the business thrive. His passion for learning led him to earn his ASE Master Technician certification in 1989, and he’s been mastering car electronics and computer applications ever since.

In 2010, Jack joined NEWROCKIES as Technical Support Manager, bringing his deep expertise to help customers successfully install and use the PRO Module. His knowledge has played a key role in expanding its applicability and improving customer satisfaction.

Jack takes pride in what he does—helping people get their cars running again without spending a fortune. Whether it’s troubleshooting or guiding customers through installation, he’s always ready to share his decades of experience to ensure every driver finds the right fix.

Marilyn grew up in her family’s automotive service business, developing a deep passion for cars and customer service. After gaining experience in customer service and management roles across the country, she returned to the automotive world, working alongside her husband, Jack Gordon.

In 2010, Marilyn joined NEWROCKIES as Sales Manager, where she ensures that every customer receives the top-tier experience they deserve when purchasing the PRO Module. Her dedication to honest, reliable service has helped thousands of customers regain confidence in their vehicles.
