We will refund you the purchase amount within 5 business days of receiving the module in our facilities.
As soon as the refund will be processed you will receive an email from Paypal with all details about it.
NEWROCKIES Inc cannot and will not hold responsibility for any charges eventually applied by Customs on international orders (outside the US and Canada) at time of delivery. We have no visibility or control over those charges in any way. These charges will not be refunded by NEWROCKIES Inc, but can usually be refunded by the Borders Agency of the destination Country once proving you have returned your item. Please inquire with your Country’s Border Protection Agency about the procedure for having Custom’s charges refunded.
About Refunds
How Refunds are calculated
If you return your PRO Module within 30 days from the date it was delivered to your door, we will refund the full purchase price of your order including taxes but excluding return shipping costs, independently of the conditions of the PRO Module returned.
After 30 days from the day of delivery we will consider return requests on a case by case basis.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued on the same Credit Card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase.
